Initially conceived as an internal project to simplify SQL Server database consultation, the founders recognized the potential of their solution and made the strategic decision to expand its scope to cater to enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This shift in focus enabled them to offer their innovative solution to a wider audience, unlocking new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

2018

Initially conceived for internal use, AI-DBA is developed as a software solution to simplify SQL Server database consultation. Its release includes fundamental features such as health checks and documentation.

2019

The developers recognize the potential of the innovative solution and decide to expand its scope to enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This shift in focus enables them to offer the software to a broader audience, unlocking new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

2020

With the continuous evolution of the product, a range of new features is introduced, including email notification, a recommendation system, and forecasting capabilities. As a result, the initial portal is launched for private customers, with an enhanced user experience.

2021

The release of machine learning and artificial intelligence features revolutionizes the system’s core functionality, enabling it to proactively address potential issues without human intervention. These advanced capabilities empower the system to autonomously identify and resolve problems.

2022/2023

The AI-DBA Portal receives a significant upgrade, with improvements both in UI and functionality. The AI/ML features expansion includes comprehensive client support, offering full automation and advanced language processing capabilities. Additionally, the geographic reach of the portal expands to encompass South America and Africa, allowing organizations in these regions to benefit from its features. To ensure local support and expertise, strategic partnerships are established with trusted Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, Malaysia, and South Africa. These partnerships strengthen the availability and accessibility of the AI-DBA Portal.
